Propane prices can go up or down over the course of a year due to many factors, including production, demand, exports, weather, geography, and more. Midwest Gas offers customers the option of paying market price or enrolling in a Pre-Buy or Lock-In contract.

Market Price
Our Market Pricing is fair and transparent. If you’ve shopped around for propane in the past, you may have been tempted by a low first fill price only to see your price skyrocket with later refills. Our price for new customers is the same price we offer to our loyal, long-time customers. There are no fees added to a standard propane delivery – no fuel surcharges, delivery fees, hazmat fees, or environmental fees.
Pre-Buy Contract
A Pre-Buy contract works by paying up-front for your estimated annual gallons at a fixed price until all pre-paid gallons are used or until the contract expires.
Lock-In Contract
A Lock-In contract offers a fixed price for a specified contract term, is paid per delivery, and has unlimited gallons. An enrollment fee applies with this option.

30-Day Payment Terms

With credit approval, Midwest Gas will fill your propane tank and give you 30 days from the date of delivery to make your payment.

BUDGET BILLING

Midwest Gas understands it can be difficult to pay for a large propane delivery in one lump sum and that’s where our Budget Plan can help! Your propane costs are spread out over 11 even monthly payments. Contact us to find out more about our enrollment schedule.

AutoPay

Have your payment automatically processed on your Visa, MasterCard, or Discover with our automatic payment program. This is a free service with no added processing fees. Autopay provides peace of mind because you know your bill is paid on time, every time.

Pay by Phone

When you need to make a quick payment on the go, call us at 859-441-8112 to make a Visa, Mastercard or Discover payment over the phone. We are available Monday through Friday between 8:00am and 4:00pm to take your call.

Pay Online

Convenient online access to your account is available 24-hours a day, 7-days a week through the Customer Web Hub and the Midwest Gas App. Register for an online account for a convenient way to view your account history and pay your bill.

Referral Program

Earn free gas for your referrals! Because we’re grateful for our customers who recommend us to their friends and family, we offer Refer a Friend rewards. For every friend you refer who becomes a new Midwest Gas bulk propane delivery customer and installs a new propane tank of 120 gallons or larger, you receive a $50 credit on your home delivery account. There’s no limit for rewards, so refer as many folks as you like.
