Access your account information and pay your bill through our Customer Web Hub.
After clicking the Customer Login button, you will be redirected to a secure server to access your account information.
Select Register, and enter your Customer ID, Account Number, and your Last Name. You will receive an email with an account verification code to finish setting up your web account. If there is no email on file for your account, you will be prompted to provide one. Please call us if you need help locating this information.
You can view your account balance on the Home page. Your account history including details of your last sale and last payment can be found by clicking Transactions.
Select the Make a Payment button to submit a one-time Visa, Mastercard or Discover payment. Enter the dollar amount in the payment amount column and follow the prompts to make your payment. Midwest Gas charges no additional fees when using this service.
If you would like to save a Visa, Mastercard or Discover on your account, you can add or delete a card by selecting My Account and then Payment Methods. If you would like to enroll in automatic payments, please call us.
Update your phone number and email address by selecting My Account and then Contacts. You can also choose to go paperless and enroll in automatic email options for invoices, statements and letter correspondence from Midwest Gas.
