Our Highland Heights location is open Monday through Friday, from 8:00am until 4:00pm. Call us during office hours to start new service, request a refill or make a payment with Visa, Mastercard or Discover.

For a contactless payment option or if after hours, we have a drop slot in the door at our Highland Heights office and a drop box located by the gate to our Falmouth plant at 806 Robbins Avenue. There is no walk-in service available in Falmouth.
